Prologo
Nago R4 PAS 3DMSS – Ultra-Light 3D Performance for Road and Gravel.
The Prologo Nago R4 PAS 3DMSS brings advanced 3D-printing technology to one of Prologo's most successful performance saddle platforms. Developed for demanding riders seeking the highest level of support, pressure management and pedaling efficiency, it combines the compact Nago R4 shape with a fully 3D-printed multi-density structure, PAS pressure-relief channel and your choice of ultra-light Nack carbon or vibration-damping Tirox rails.
At just 155 grams with Nack rails, Prologo positions the Nago R4 PAS 3DMSS among the lightest 3D-printed saddles available, while the 195-gram Tirox version offers additional compliance and vibration absorption for riders prioritizing comfort on rougher roads and gravel.
3DMSS – 3D Multi Sector System
The defining technology of the Nago R4 PAS 3DMSS is Prologo's 3D Multi Sector System.
Rather than using conventional foam padding, the saddle's upper structure is created through advanced 3D printing and divided into five independently mapped zones on each side. Each zone has its own density and elasticity characteristics, allowing different parts of the saddle to react specifically to the pressures generated by the rider.
This targeted construction provides support where greater stability is needed while allowing more compliance in sensitive areas, creating a highly adaptive contact surface without unnecessary material or weight.
Pressure-Mapped for Performance
Prologo developed the 3DMSS structure using data obtained through its Pressure Map MyOwn testing system.
By identifying areas where riders apply more or less pressure, Prologo was able to optimize the geometry and density of the printed lattice. Lower-pressure areas use structures requiring less material, helping dramatically reduce weight while maintaining support and comfort where it matters most.
T-Shape Geometry – Freedom to Move
The Nago R4 retains Prologo's proven T-shape architecture, combining a wider rear seating area with a narrow central and forward section.
Its recessed anatomical center allows riders to move naturally along the full 245mm saddle length, making it easy to change position during climbs, accelerations, sustained high-power efforts and transitions between seated and aggressive riding positions.
The semi-round profile creates a balance between pelvic support and freedom of movement, making the Nago R4 suitable for riders with average pelvic rotation flexibility.
PAS Channel – Pressure Relief Without Compromising Support
At the center of the saddle, Prologo's PAS – Perineal Area System uses a full open channel designed to reduce pressure peaks and numbness in sensitive areas.
The channel helps improve blood flow while the surrounding 3D structure continues to provide targeted support. For riders spending long periods seated or producing sustained power, the combination of PAS and 3DMSS provides a highly refined approach to pressure management.
Nack Rail – Maximum Lightness and Rigidity
For riders focused on outright performance and minimum weight, the Nack version uses Prologo's nano carbon fiber rail composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments.
Combined with the long-fiber carbon base, this configuration provides maximum rigidity and power transfer while reducing complete saddle weight to just 155 g.
Tirox Rail – More Compliance and Vibration Absorption
The Tirox version uses lightweight alloy-steel rails paired with an injected-carbon base.
At 195 g, it remains exceptionally light for a 3D saddle while offering less rigidity and superior vibration absorption compared with the Nack version. This makes Tirox particularly attractive for endurance road riding, rough pavement and gravel applications where additional compliance can improve comfort over long distances.
One Saddle, Two Performance Personalities
Choose Nack if minimum weight, stiffness and direct power transfer are your priority.
Choose Tirox if you want the same 3DMSS pressure-management technology with additional vibration absorption and a more compliant ride.
Both versions share the same compact 245 × 137mm dimensions, T-shape geometry, semi-round profile and PAS pressure-relief system.
