1. Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team at support@lafobikes.com within 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return or exchange request.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the processing of the refund can take up to 5 business days from the date of approval.

To expedite the refund process, you have the option to provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment. This allows us to verify the return status and process your refund more quickly.

The timing of your refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Shipping, Custom Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if the returned item incurs any custom duties or taxes, these charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Restocking Fee for Special Orders

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns for special orders. Special orders are items that were ordered specifically for you and are not part of our regular inventory. Our customer support team will provide you with further details if your return falls under this category.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
