SHIPPING

At LafoBikes.com, we entrust your shipments to reputable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Loomis Express, and postal services. Each package is accompanied by a tracking number and insurance, offering you peace of mind. 

For our valued customers in the contiguous 48 states of the USA, the listed shipping prices apply. However, destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional charges.

Kindly be aware that customs clearance procedures may introduce delays beyond the initial delivery estimates. While we strive for prompt delivery, these external factors can influence the final arrival time of your order.

***Shipping Update Notice for USPS***

At LafoBikes, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and the finest high-end bicycles, parts, and accessories. We understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly. However, we want to inform you that tracking information for shipments via USPS may take up to 72 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. This delay is outside our control, but we assure you that your order is on its way and will be worth the wait. Should you have any concerns or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Experience free shipping on orders $99 USD ($129 CAD) and above for our valued patrons in Canada and contiguous US (lower 48 states). Standard shipping rates apply to international orders

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

1. How quickly do you process and ship orders? We understand your excitement to receive your order. Typically, we strive to process and ship your order within 24 hours. However, during peak periods or high order volumes, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility. The team at LafoBikes process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. 

2. What is your order cut-off time? To provide you with the best service possible, our order cut-off time is noon Eastern Time. Orders placed before this time will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following day. Couriers pick up daily from our warehouses, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

3. When will I receive my tracking number? Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.

4. What if I don't see any updates on my tracking number? We kindly ask for your patience in tracking your order. It's common for tracking information to take up to 48 hours to update after the initial shipment. If you don't see any updates on your tracking number after this period, please feel free to reach out to us. Our dedicated team will be more than happy to assist you.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS?

All Canadian customers will be charged province sales tax at the time of checkout.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

We will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account at the time of payment.

If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you have changed your shipping address in PayPal.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

Import duties, taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fee or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

The amounts are usually determined based on a combination of factors that may include:

  1. The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
  2. The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
  3. VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Our priority is your satisfaction !

In the unfortunate event that you want to return an item, please contact our customer service department within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase at support@lafobikes.com. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchangeA return authorization number (RA#) will be provided by our customer service department and must accompany all returns to help us process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Buyer is also responsible of custom duties and charges if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns for refund will be refunded minus the initial shipping charges should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.

If you qualified for free shipping but you return an item and now your order is less than 99$US, initial shipping cost will be charged to you. 

Please be advised that our New York warehouse is currently not equipped to handle returns. All items eligible for return must be shipped to our Canadian warehouse.

 If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

N.B: We reserve the right to refuse a return on discounted items. 

 

Return Policy for Shoes

At LafoBikes.com, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. To maintain the quality of our products and services, we have implemented a return policy for shoes, which includes a 10% restocking fee.

10% Restocking Fee:

For every pair of shoes returned, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Size Accuracy:

We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review the sizing information provided on our website before making a purchase. It is important to order the right size to avoid the need for returns and the associated restocking fee.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

The shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee.

Exceptions:

In certain cases, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, the restocking fee may be waived. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in these situations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following steps:

  1. Item Receipt: Our warehouse must first receive the returned item.
  2. Inspection: The item will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  3. Refund Issuance: Once the above steps are completed, a refund will be processed.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be issued after we receive the item to complete those steps. We appreciate your patience as we work to handle your return swiftly and efficiently.

 

FINAL CLEARANCE

No return or exchange accepted on final clearance, this is a final sale.

How do I cancel my order?

If you've completed a purchase and wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us promptly at support@lafobikes.com. If your communication reaches us before the item is dispatched, we will process a full refund, covering both your purchase and shipping costs. However, in cases where timely notification is not received and the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for both outgoing and return shipping expenses.
