Miss Grape Internode 4 Waterproof – Durable, High-Capacity Frame Storage for Bikepacking & Adventure

The Miss Grape Internode 4 Waterproof is a 4-liter frame bag built for bikepacking, gravel adventures, long-distance riding and everyday cycling. Part of Miss Grape’s Adventure collection, it provides considerably more carrying space than the smaller Road-series Internode bags while maintaining a streamlined position inside the bike’s main triangle.

Designed for everything from day rides to extended journeys, the Internode 4 keeps essential equipment centralized and easily accessible. Its long, low-profile shape makes efficient use of otherwise unused frame space while keeping weight close to the bike’s center.

Built for Bikepacking & Adventure

The Internode 4 measures 42 cm along its upper section, with a 30 cm lower length and a tapered profile measuring approximately 10 cm at its tallest point and 3 cm at the narrow end. This shape provides 4 liters of usable capacity while fitting neatly beneath the top tube.

At just 198 grams, it offers an excellent balance between carrying capacity, durability and weight for riders building a lightweight bikepacking setup.

Highly Water-Resistant Construction

The main body uses Miss Grape’s durable 420 nylon / 300 polyester dotted fabric, treated with water-repellent polyurethane resin and rated to a 10,000 mm water column. The material is tear-resistant and engineered for very high mechanical resistance.

Additional areas use black 210 nylon with a phthalate-free PVC coating rated to 30,000 mm water column, further reinforcing the bag against water and demanding riding conditions.

For closure, Miss Grape uses a premium Riri Aquazip M8 zipper. The manufacturer recommends using a separate watertight bag for items that must remain completely dry, so this model is best described as highly water-resistant rather than fully waterproof in all conditions.

Easy Access to Essential Gear

Positioned beneath the top tube, the Internode 4 keeps frequently used equipment within easy reach. Miss Grape specifically recommends it for carrying items such as sunglasses, a vest, arm warmers, cap, gloves, multitool, spare inner tube and pump.

This centralized storage position is especially useful for bikepacking because it keeps equipment organized without adding weight to the handlebar or saddle area.

Like Miss Grape’s other premium bikepacking bags, the Internode 4 Waterproof is produced in Italy. It uses nylon hardware and is certified according to REACH EC Regulation No. 1097/2006.
