Returns policy

You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Campagnolo Record 13 Ergopower – Total Wireless Control with Fully Customizable Shifting
The Campagnolo Record 13 WRL Ergopower controls bring the latest Platform 13 ergonomics and wireless shifting architecture to the Record groupset. Developed around the same structure introduced with Super Record 13, they combine full-carbon levers, customizable controls and refined ergonomics for fast, intuitive shifting from the hoods, drops or tops.
Thumb Shifter Returns
The iconic Campagnolo Thumb Shifter is integrated directly into the control body and repositioned for easier access from virtually any hand position.
A separate Shift Lever sits behind the brake lever for fast, natural gear changes, while the internal Smart Button can be customized through the Campagnolo app.
Fully Customizable Controls
All Ergopower buttons and shifting functions can be configured through the Campagnolo app, allowing riders to personalize shifting behavior or assign compatible bike-computer and Bluetooth functions to the Smart Button.
Redesigned Ergonomics and Carbon Levers
The Record 13 control body is slimmer than the previous 12-speed generation, with a wide, flat support surface designed for stability and comfort during long rides.
Both brake and shift levers are constructed from carbon fiber, while micrometric reach adjustment allows the lever position to be tailored to different hand sizes and riding preferences.
