Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- We utilize trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Loomis Express, and postal services for domestic shipping.
- Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $149 CAD within the Canada. Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this threshold and international orders.
- All packages are equipped with a tracking number and insurance, except for orders valued under $25.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for quicker delivery.
United States Shipping
We are pleased to resume shipping to the United States with faster delivery and a smoother customer experience.
All U.S. orders are shipped exclusively with FedEx or UPS, ensuring reliable delivery within 3–5 business days.
We have implemented a value-based shipping rate structure, where shipping costs adjust according to the total value of the order. This approach helps cover all U.S. import fees, including duties, taxes, and tariffs.
All import charges are fully included in the shipping cost, meaning customers will not receive any additional fees at delivery — the amount paid at checkout is final.
Expedited delivery options may be available at an additional cost upon request.
Please note that certain oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:

- Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, with a cut-off time of noon Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
