The Prologo Nago R4 PAS AGX is a high-performance gravel saddle developed for riders who demand race-level efficiency without sacrificing comfort and control on rough terrain. Measuring a compact 245 × 137mm, it combines Prologo's semi-round T-shape geometry with increased dual-density padding, 3D Slide Control, the Multi Sector System, and a wide PAS pressure-relief channel.

Developed in collaboration with elite gravel athletes, the AGX platform is designed for competitive gravel and cyclocross racing, long-distance bikepacking, mixed-surface adventures, and riders who want additional comfort even when transitioning between pavement and dirt.

AGX Technology – Built for Gravel, Cyclocross and Mixed Terrain

AGX stands for Adventure, Gravel and Cyclocross, Prologo's platform specifically engineered for riding conditions where terrain, traction, and vibration are constantly changing.

The Nago R4 PAS AGX features 2mm more padding than the standard Nago R4, using advanced dual-density foam to improve shock and vibration absorption while maintaining the firm support required for efficient power transfer.

T-Shape Geometry – Freedom to Move

The Nago R4 PAS AGX uses Prologo's traditional T-shape design, creating a broad rear support area while leaving the rider free to move forward and backward across the saddle.

Its recessed anatomical center makes it easier to change riding position using the full 245mm saddle length — particularly useful during steep climbs, accelerations, technical terrain, and prolonged seated efforts.

The semi-round profile also provides additional lumbar support and helps maintain a stable riding position across changing terrain.

3D Slide Control – Increased Grip and Stability

Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology uses a textured saddle surface to improve grip between the rider and the saddle.

On loose gravel, rough trails, and repeated changes in gradient, this additional grip helps reduce unwanted movement and allows the rider to maintain a more stable and efficient position through the pedal stroke.

Multi Sector System – Independent Zones for Better Support

The Nago R4 PAS AGX incorporates Prologo's Multi Sector System, dividing the saddle into mapped, independent zones with different foam characteristics.

Each section can respond independently to the rider's position and pressure distribution, helping the saddle adapt to changing terrain and riding positions while balancing support, comfort, and pedaling efficiency.

Wide PAS Channel – Pressure Relief Where It Matters

The central PAS – Perineal Area System channel is wider on the AGX model and designed to reduce pressure peaks on soft tissue, tendons, and blood vessels.

By relieving pressure through the center of the saddle and promoting better blood circulation, the PAS system helps reduce numbness and discomfort during extended periods in the saddle — especially important on long gravel rides where repeated vibration can amplify pressure points.

Tirox Rails – Strength, Comfort and Vibration Absorption

This version uses Prologo's Tirox rail, manufactured from lightweight alloy steel.

Tirox offers an excellent balance between weight, strength, and compliance. Compared with Prologo's Nack carbon rail, Tirox provides greater vibration absorption, making it particularly well suited to gravel and mixed-surface riding.

The Tirox version is paired with an injected-carbon base, engineered to provide efficient support while maintaining enough compliance for rough terrain.

137mm Performance Fit

At just 137mm wide, the Nago R4 PAS AGX is a relatively narrow performance saddle designed for riders who do not require a particularly wide sit-bone support area.

Its compact 245mm length also allows riders to adopt an aggressive forward position without the excessive nose length found on traditional saddles.
