Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LafoBikes.
LafoBikes offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through it.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our products, services, website, or content for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or other material that could damage or interfere with the website, Shopify, our systems, or third-party systems.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
LafoBikes specializes in premium cycling components, accessories, replacement parts, and related products.
Products may be available in limited quantities and availability can change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse orders, or change product availability at any time.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs, pricing, and other information are accurate.
However, manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, materials, components, compatibility, appearance, or other characteristics without notice.
Images may not perfectly represent actual colors, finishes, packaging, or product revisions.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing or installing a product.
If compatibility is uncertain, please contact support@lafobikes.com before purchasing.
4. PRICES
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, incorrect promotions, or other inaccuracies.
If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before processing the order and may cancel or refund the affected transaction where appropriate.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- suspected fraud;
- pricing or listing errors;
- inventory errors;
- payment issues;
- shipping restrictions;
- supplier availability;
- abnormal purchasing activity;
- or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. PAYMENT
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.
LafoBikes does not control the security policies, authorization rules, processing times, or other procedures of third-party payment providers.
7. CANADA SHIPPING
Eligible Canadian orders of $149 CAD or more may qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.
Oversized, heavy, remote-destination, or otherwise exceptional shipments may require additional shipping charges.
8. UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Orders shipped to the United States are normally sent using UPS or FedEx.
Our U.S. shipping rates are designed to include applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs processing, and other import-related costs.
The amount shown at checkout is intended to represent the final delivered cost.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Where international shipping outside Canada and the United States is offered, customers may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, VAT, customs processing, brokerage, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs procedures may delay delivery.
10. DELIVERY TIMES
Processing, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, holidays, operational disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
LafoBikes does not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service has expressly been purchased and confirmed.
11. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable when an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or another issue not caused by LafoBikes.
Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to:
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfillment.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, transferred for fulfillment, or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are governed by the current LafoBikes Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
All returns require authorization before shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
14. FINAL CLEARANCE
Products identified as Final Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers should review the product page and applicable purchase conditions before completing their order.
15. SPECIAL ORDERS
Special-order products may be subject to additional cancellation, return, or restocking conditions.
Where applicable, LafoBikes reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for eligible special-order cancellations or returns.
16. WARRANTY
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and brand.
Warranty claims are reviewed according to the applicable manufacturer warranty and the circumstances of the claim.
LafoBikes does not independently extend or modify a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated.
Customers must follow the Warranty Claims & Process instructions and must not return a warranty product before receiving authorization.
17. INSTALLATION AND USE
Cycling components must be installed, maintained, and used correctly.
Some products require professional installation, specific tools, torque specifications, software configuration, or compatibility verification.
LafoBikes is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, incompatibility, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.
18. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products, services, links, payment methods, shipping services, applications, or other features may be provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, systems, products, policies, availability, or services except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
19. PROMOTIONS
Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Certain products, brands, categories, Final Clearance products, or other items may be excluded from promotions.
Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time unless otherwise required by applicable law.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content created by LafoBikes, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, page layouts, and other materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, product images, and manufacturer content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not use the website:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to violate applicable laws or regulations;
- to infringe intellectual property rights;
- to submit fraudulent information;
