The Miss Grape Tendril 4.10 Waterproof is a fully waterproof handlebar bag with an adjustable 4-to-10-liter capacity, designed for road, gravel, bikepacking and adventure riding. Compact enough for performance-oriented setups yet expandable for overnight equipment, it provides a versatile front-storage solution without the bulk of a larger expedition-style handlebar bag.

The Tendril 4.10 can be installed on both drop handlebars and MTB flat bars, making it suitable for everything from endurance road bikes and gravel rigs to mountain bikes. Its cylindrical design allows riders to adjust the bag's width and capacity according to the amount of gear being carried.

Adjustable 4-to-10 Liter Capacity

One of the Tendril 4.10's biggest advantages is its adaptable storage volume. The bag can be compressed to approximately 4 liters for lighter loads or expanded to a maximum of 10 liters when additional equipment is required.

Its width adjusts from 27 cm to 55 cm, while the 14 cm diameter remains compact enough to work particularly well with drop-bar bicycles. This flexibility allows riders to tailor the bag to a specific trip rather than carrying unnecessary volume on shorter rides.

Designed for Overnight Bikepacking

Despite its relatively compact dimensions, Miss Grape specifically designed the Tendril 4.10 to carry the equipment required for an overnight adventure.

The manufacturer recommends it for bulky but lightweight items such as a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, inflatable pillow, clothing and additional food. Positioning this equipment at the handlebar frees up frame and saddle storage for tools, electronics, nutrition and other equipment that may need to be accessed more frequently during the ride.

The Tendril 4.10 is designed for use with both road/gravel drop handlebars and MTB handlebars, giving it considerably more versatility than a handlebar bag developed around a single cockpit style.

Customized polypropylene straps secure the bag to the cockpit, while lightweight nylon hardware keeps the complete bag weight down to just 240 grams.

For road and gravel riders in particular, the smaller 14 cm diameter and adjustable width make the Tendril 4.10 a strong choice when substantial storage is required without moving to the larger dimensions of the Tendril 10.7 Adventure model.

Completely Waterproof Construction

Miss Grape officially describes the Tendril 4.10 as a completely waterproof handlebar bag. Its primary construction uses black 210 nylon coated with phthalate-free PVC, providing a 30,000 mm water column.

High-stress areas use reinforced 420 nylon / 300 polyester dotted fabric with a water-repellent polyurethane resin treatment rated to a 10,000 mm water column. The reinforcement material is tear-resistant and designed to provide very high mechanical resistance—important for a bag subjected to vibration, rough gravel roads and repeated loading during long-distance riding.

Miss Grape still recommends placing objects that absolutely must remain dry inside an additional dry bag. This provides another level of protection for particularly sensitive electronics or equipment during prolonged exposure to severe weather.

Lightweight for Its Capacity

At only 240 grams, the Tendril 4.10 provides an excellent capacity-to-weight ratio. Riders can run it compressed for shorter adventures and expand it when additional equipment is needed, without permanently carrying the size and weight of a larger expedition bag.
