The SHIMANO Microspline free hub from Elite makes your roller trainer compatible with the sprocket cassettes from SHIMANO. Just change out the preinstalled freehub body, mount the corresponding cassette and start training with the shifting performance you are used to. The freehub is compatible with many Elite trainers and works with all 12-speed MTB cassettes from SHIMANO.
